User Service Agreement

1. Acceptance and modification of the agreement

Welcome to use the CNSUYOU cross-border e-commerce platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). This agreement is an agreement between you and CNSUYOU regarding the use of this platform service.

You should carefully read the entire content of this agreement before registering an account or using the services of this platform. Once you click "Agree" or actually use the platform services, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to accept all the terms of this agreement.

This platform has the right to modify this agreement from time to time based on changes in laws and regulations and business development needs. The revised agreement will be published on this platform, and your continued use of the service will be deemed to have accepted the revised agreement.

2. Account registration and management

You should provide true, accurate and complete personal information when registering, including but not limited to name, email, contact number, shipping address, etc.

You should keep your account number and password properly. Any losses caused by account theft, information leakage, etc. due to your poor storage will be borne by you.

• You may not transfer or lend your account to others;
• If you find that your account is being used abnormally, you should notify this platform immediately;
• Only one account can be registered with one email address;
• You are responsible for all operations under your account.

This platform has the right to take measures such as restricting functions, freezing or canceling accounts suspected of false registration, malicious order manipulation, and fraudulent transactions.

3. Platform service content

This platform provides you with one-stop cross-border shopping services such as cross-border product display, online ordering, international logistics and distribution, online payment, and after-sales service.

The product information on this platform (including price, inventory, specifications, etc.) may change at any time, and the information confirmed when you place an order shall prevail.

This platform strives to ensure the accuracy of product information, but is not responsible for differences caused by delays in updating product information.

4. Order and Payment

After placing an order, you must complete the payment within the specified time. Overdue orders will be automatically canceled.

This platform supports a variety of payment methods, including but not limited to Alipay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, etc. The specific payment method is shown on the settlement page.

After payment is completed, the platform will send you order confirmation information via email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam or contact customer service.

Price differences caused by exchange rate fluctuations will be based on the settlement amount when you place the order.

5. User Code of Conduct

When using the services of this platform, you shall abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the country/region where you are located, and shall not engage in the following conduct:

1. Publish and disseminate illegal, obscene, violent, and discriminatory content;
2. Infringement of others’ intellectual property rights, portrait rights, reputation rights and other legitimate rights and interests;
3. Use the platform to conduct illegal activities such as money laundering, fraud, and false transactions;
4. Malicious placing of orders, rejection of goods, negative reviews and extortion, and other behaviors that harm the interests of the platform or merchants;
5. Use crawlers, robots and other technical means to interfere with the normal operation of the platform;
6. Other behaviors that violate laws, regulations or public order and good customs.

6. Intellectual Property

The trademarks, logos, page designs, text content, pictures, videos, etc. of this platform are protected by intellectual property laws. No one may copy, disseminate, modify or use them for commercial purposes without the written permission of this platform.

The comments, pictures and other content you publish on this platform are deemed to be your grant of free, non-exclusive, global use rights to this platform.

If you believe that the products or content on the platform infringe your intellectual property rights, please submit a complaint through the customer service email, and the platform will handle it in accordance with the law.

7. Disclaimer

This platform is not responsible for service interruptions, order delays or losses caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, government actions, network failures, customs inspections, etc.).

This platform does not bear joint and several liability for the actions of manufacturers and sellers of goods, but will assist you in safeguarding your legitimate rights and interests.

The product descriptions and translations provided on this platform are for reference only, and the actual product shall prevail.

8. Termination of Agreement

You may cancel your account at any time to terminate this Agreement. After the account is canceled, you will not be able to use the platform services, but the orders and after-sales obligations that have been generated still need to be fulfilled.

This platform has the right to unilaterally terminate services and cancel your account when you seriously violate this agreement.

After the agreement is terminated, the provisions in this agreement regarding intellectual property rights, exemptions, dispute resolution, etc. will continue to be effective.

9. Dispute Resolution

The formation, execution and interpretation of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the two parties; if the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction where the platform is located.
